About the role
This distribution center moves consumer goods to stores and customers across Texas and neighboring states. Associates work in teams, use handheld scanners and follow clear safety procedures, and strong performers are regularly promoted to lead and forklift roles.
No prior warehouse experience is required. The employer provides on-the-job training during the first two weeks.
What you will do
- Pick, pack and stage orders accurately using handheld scanners
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Keep work areas clean and follow all safety rules
- Count inventory and report discrepancies
- Support team targets for accuracy and throughput
What you bring
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for a full shift
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic comfort with handheld technology
- Authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have
- Previous warehouse or retail stockroom experience
- Forklift certification
