As team leader you will plan the shift, keep the team safe and productive, and report to the operations manager. It is a hands-on role with real responsibility, and a clear step toward shift management.
What you will do
- Allocate tasks and keep the shift on target
- Coach team members and run daily briefings
- Enforce health and safety standards
- Track picking accuracy and escalate issues
What you bring
- 1 or more years of warehouse experience, ideally with some team leading
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- Confident with warehouse management systems
- Right to work in the UK
