These terms apply to your use of the Senorix website and services. By using the website, submitting a resume or applying for a job, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

Senorix is a job placement and staffing company. We connect job seekers located in the USA, Canada and Australia with employers in those countries. We do not charge job seekers a fee for our services. Employers pay Senorix when they hire through us.

No guarantee of employment

Submitting a resume or application does not guarantee an interview, job offer or placement. Employers make their own hiring decisions. We do not guarantee visa sponsorship, and most roles require that you already have the right to work in the country where the job is located.

Job listings

We work to keep job listings accurate and current, but roles can change, fill or close without notice. Pay ranges, where shown, are estimates provided by employers. Some listings describe roles in general terms and do not name the employer until you have spoken with a recruiter.

What you submit

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You may only upload your own resume or one you are authorized to submit. You give us permission to use your information to provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading or harmful content
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scan or gain unauthorized access to the website
• Do not use automated tools to scrape the site or send bulk submissions
• Do not upload files containing malware

Intellectual property

The Senorix name, logo, website design and written content belong to Senorix or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Senorix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or from decisions made by employers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
