Senorix

For job seekers

A recruiter on your side, from first resume to first day

Senorix helps job seekers in the USA, Canada and Australia find roles that fit, prepare properly and say yes to offers with confidence. It costs you nothing.

What we do for you

Support that goes beyond a job board

Searching alone is tiring. Here is what working with a Senorix recruiter looks like.

  • Role matching

We look at your experience, strengths and goals, then match you with openings that make sense, not just ones with keywords that overlap.

  • Resume review

Your recruiter points out what employers in your field look for and helps you present your experience clearly.

  • Interview preparation

Employer briefings, mock interviews and honest feedback so you walk in prepared and calm.

  • Scheduling and follow-up

We coordinate interview times and follow up with employers, so you are not left guessing where things stand.

The process

What happens at each step

No mystery, no black box. Here is the whole journey.

  1. Step 1

    Submit your resume

Start with the form. You tell us who you are, where you want to work, and what you are looking for. Upload a resume in PDF, DOC or DOCX format. A rough draft is fine.

    • Choose the USA, Canada or Australia
    • Tell us your work authorization status
    • Share salary, schedule or location preferences
  2. Step 2

    Get matched by a recruiter

Your resume goes to a recruiter, not into a database. They review it, call you to learn what matters to you, and tell you honestly how your background lines up with current openings.

    • A real conversation, not an automated screen
    • Honest feedback on your fit and your resume
    • Your information is shared with an employer only with your agreement
  3. Step 3

    Interview prep and employer interviews

Before you meet an employer we walk you through the company, the team, and what they care about. We practice answers with you and help you prepare thoughtful questions of your own.

    • Role and employer briefing
    • Mock interview and feedback
    • Scheduling and follow-up handled with you
  4. Step 4

    Get hired and onboarded

If you receive an offer, your recruiter helps you understand it and ask for what you need. We stay in touch as you start so small issues get solved early.

    • Offer review and negotiation guidance
    • Start-date and paperwork checklist
    • Check-ins during your first weeks

Resume and interview support

Show up prepared, not just hopeful

Most candidates are never taught how to present themselves to an employer. We will.

Resume feedback

  • Lead with results and numbers, not duties
  • Match your wording to the roles you want
  • Keep it to one or two pages with clear headings
  • Check dates, titles and contact details twice

Interview coaching

  • A briefing on the employer, team and role
  • Practice with likely questions for your field
  • Help preparing your own questions for the interviewer
  • Honest feedback after each interview round

Straight talk about what we can and cannot do

We cannot guarantee you a job or promise visa sponsorship. Employers make their own hiring decisions, and most hire candidates who already have the right to work in the country where the role is based. What we can do is give you honest guidance, strong preparation and a real advocate.

Questions, answered

Good questions to ask before you apply

Straight answers about fees, countries, work authorization and what to expect.

Does Senorix charge job seekers?

No. Senorix is paid by employers when they hire through us. There is no placement fee, registration fee or resume service fee for candidates.

Which countries do you recruit in?

We place candidates located in the USA, Canada and Australia with employers in those same three countries. We do not recruit for any other market.

Can Senorix sponsor my visa?

We cannot promise visa sponsorship. Most employers we work with hire candidates who already have the right to work in the country where the job is located. Your recruiter will be upfront about the work authorization requirements for each role.

Is a job guaranteed if I sign up?

No. No recruiter can promise that. What we can promise is a real person reviewing your resume, honest feedback, and active support with matching, interviews and offers.

How soon will a recruiter contact me?

We aim to review new resumes and reach out within two business days. If your background matches a current opening, we will usually contact you sooner.

Who sees my resume?

Your Senorix recruiter sees it first. We share your resume with an employer only after we have spoken with you and you have agreed to be put forward for that role.

What resume file types can I upload?

PDF, DOC and DOCX files up to 5 MB. If your file is larger, try exporting it again as a PDF without embedded images.

Can I apply to more than one job?

Yes. Apply to as many roles as fit you. Tell your recruiter about every application so they can avoid duplicated effort and coordinate with employers.
