Find work and hire talent across the European Union

Senorix works with job seekers and employers in all 27 EU member states. One recruiter, one process, and honest guidance on how hiring works where you want to be.

Hiring and job seeking in the EU

One team for a market with many local rules

Europe is not one job market. Languages, contracts, pay conventions and right-to-work rules change from country to country, and so do the industries that are hiring. Our recruiters help candidates understand what applies where they want to work, and help employers reach people who are prepared and genuinely interested.

There is no separate page for each country here. Instead, this page groups the 27 member states by region, so you can see where your skills are in demand and then browse current openings.

  • 27 member states

Western, Northern, Southern, and Central and Eastern Europe.

  • Many languages

English-speaking teams and roles that need another European language.

  • A recruiter on your side

Real conversations and honest guidance, with no fees for candidates.

What to know before you apply

General notes only. Details depend on the country, the employer and your own situation.

  • Right to work is set country by country

Who may work, and what paperwork an employer needs, depends on the country. We cannot promise visa sponsorship, and most employers hire candidates who already have the right to work where the job is.

  • Language expectations vary

English is widely used in international teams, but many roles ask for the local language or another European language. Each job listing says what is expected.

  • Contracts and notice periods differ

Probation periods, notice periods and contract types are not the same in every country. Your recruiter will walk you through what to expect before you accept an offer.

  • Pay is usually quoted gross

Salaries are commonly quoted as a gross annual amount before tax and social contributions, and in some countries as a monthly figure. Take-home pay depends on local rules.

  • Leave and benefits

Paid annual leave and public holidays are a normal part of a package, though the amount varies by country and employer.

  • A clear CV goes a long way

A concise one to two page CV in English suits most international employers. Your recruiter can advise on local conventions for the country you are targeting.

This page is general information, not legal or immigration advice. Always check current requirements with the relevant authorities for the country you plan to work in.
