You will lead a small team, own the consolidated close and work with local finance teams and external auditors. The role suits a controller who enjoys structure, clear communication and process improvement.
What you will do
- Lead the monthly close and consolidation
- Prepare statutory accounts and support audits
- Strengthen internal controls and documentation
- Coach and develop a team of three accountants
What you bring
- Accounting qualification (RA, RC or equivalent)
- 7 or more years of experience, including group consolidation
- IFRS knowledge and strong Excel skills
- Right to work in the Netherlands
