About the role
You will keep shipments moving: booking carriers, tracking loads, communicating with customers and solving the small problems before they become delays. The team handles both domestic and Canada to U.S. freight.
This is a fully on-site role, Monday to Friday, with occasional early starts.
What you will do
- Book and track inbound and outbound shipments
- Prepare shipping documents and customs paperwork with brokers
- Communicate delivery status to customers and resolve exceptions
- Maintain accurate records in the transportation management system
What you bring
- 2 or more years of logistics, dispatch or freight coordination experience
- Familiarity with cross-border shipping documents
- Strong organization and phone communication skills
- Authorized to work in Canada
