As the office manager you are the person everyone turns to. You will look after the physical office, support the leadership team and make sure new starters feel welcome from their first morning.
What you will do
- Manage facilities, suppliers and office supplies
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees
- Support the directors with scheduling and travel
- Organize team events and internal communication
What you bring
- 3 or more years of office management or senior administration experience
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Confidence with Microsoft 365
- Right to work in Australia
