About the role
You will join a design team that supports facility upgrade projects, producing equipment specifications, calculations and drawings, and supporting construction and commissioning.
Candidates who are working toward a P.Eng. designation will receive mentorship and licensing support.
What you will do
- Prepare mechanical designs, calculations and equipment specifications
- Review vendor documents and support procurement
- Coordinate with civil, electrical and controls disciplines
- Support site visits, construction questions and commissioning
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 3 to 6 years of design experience, ideally in industrial or process facilities
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software
- P.Eng. or EIT status in Alberta preferred
- Authorized to work in Canada
