About the role
You will be the director's right hand: managing a busy calendar, preparing board materials and organizing meetings and events across Europe. English is the working language, and French or Dutch is welcome.
What you will do
- Manage the director's diary and travel
- Prepare agendas, board papers and minutes
- Organize meetings and member events
- Handle confidential information with discretion
What you bring
- 4 or more years as an executive or senior assistant
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confident with Microsoft 365
- Right to work in Belgium
